The Chameleon BarAnnexed to the main bar, The Chameleon Bar is a private space ideal for small gatherings. Ideal for cocktail events up to 80 people or even a sit down lunch or dinner for 30. Equipped with its own bar, The Chameleon is self-contained and private with views onto busy Johnson Street, DJ connections and rustic charm with timber floors and a terrazzo mural on the wall.
The CourtyardAl Fresco dining in the heart of Fitzroy is difficult to find, but the courtyard at The Provincial provides just that. Connected to the dining room, the covered outdoor area is usable all year round. Boasting a grapevine canopy and heating there is plenty of shade in summer and warmth in winter. The area can seat up to 30 people or stand 40 for a canapé function. The choice is yours.
MenusThe Provincial kitchen provides as many different eating options as you can have events. We specialise in restaurant style function menus,corporate cocktail food, celebratory canapés, conferencing menus and all day grazing affairs.
